Orders and Shipping
Orders placed by 2:30 PM are processed the same day and typically arrive within 1–2 working days.
You can create an account during the checkout process by selecting the checkbox.
Alternatively, create an account by clicking on the “My Account” icon at the top of the page.
You can update your shipping address during checkout or in your account settings. For subscriptions, update your address in your account and notify us via email to ensure the change is applied before your next Subscribe & Save delivery.
Once your shipping label has been created, you will receive tracking details via email.
We are a UK VAT registered business paying UK tax.
That means we have to collect and pay VAT on our sales.
If you are VAT registered and are looking for business sales, please contact us before ordering.
We currently ship within the UK. If you would like a shipping quote for another country, please contact us directly.
Where possible, we ship all items together. If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will send the rest of your order immediately and ship the missing item as soon as it’s available.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
Unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. The tamper-proof seal must be intact. We recommend taking a photo of the seal along with your return label before sending it back.
Once you’ve contacted us and your return has been authorised we will provide you with a return address.
If you are returning a faulty product we will provide the return label. For other returns, you will need to pay for the return.

Our orders are usually processed same-day and, often same-hour.
If you have entered an incorrect address please notify us ASAP as we will try to alter the order.
